Couples hosting their Wedding at Loxley can expect:

Gratuity will be added to all hosted bar packages. WI and Local taxes are charged for venue fees.
Reception Only / Elopement Celebration Package
Dates available immediately
Loxley’s Main Hall with 40 ft Bar is available immediately for elopement celebrations and wedding receptions. Rental includes:
Loxley Hall accommodates up to 250 for cocktail style reception; accommodates up to 200 for seated reception.
Use of banquet tables for seated reception, chairs and black linens.
Over 80 parking stalls on site.
Early access for the couple if they wish to get ready on site, including use of the Wedding Prep Suite.
Hire your entertainment of choice (DJ, band, etc.)
Select from our preferred caterer list or use licensed vendor of your choice.
Patio use seasonally.
No bar minimum. See custom bar package options below.

Micro Wedding
For <65 Guests. Dates available immediately.
Loxley’s Main Hall with 40 ft Bar is available immediately for micro wedding ceremonies + receptions. Rental includes:
Loxley Hall accommodates up to 65 people for ceremony and either cocktail or seated reception.
Use of banquet tables for seated reception, chairs and black linens.
Ample parking on site.
Up to 8 hours of ceremony + celebration time.
Early access for the couple (and wedding party) if they wish to get ready on site, including use of the Wedding Prep Suite.
Hire entertainment of your choice (DJ, band, etc.)
Select from our preferred caterer list or use licensed vendor of your choice.
Seasonal patio use.

Micro Wedding Pricing
Sunday - Thursday: $2,200
Friday - Saturday: $3,400

Ceremony Room for up to 200 attendees.
Loxley Hall for reception accommodates up to 250 for cocktail style reception; accommodates up to 200 for seated reception.

Choose from select wine and/or beer to offer your guests for a specified amount of time. The remaining items would be cash bar. Guests may purchase cocktails separately at cash bar.

Graciously offer your guests whatever selection they like from our full service bar, from liquor to wine to mocktails up to your specified budget.
